How are your prices so low?

We started FCF in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. We knew of many senior living operators who were struggling to afford their EPA N-List-approved cleaning chemicals. We utilized our large customer base to set up purchasing agreements with N-List-approved providers to bring these products to our clients at a fraction of the list price. We decided to expand this business model to several other fields of need for senior living communities. Cleaning, Flooring, Furniture, HVAC system, PTACs, and many other types of products. We keep a skeleton crew to minimize our overhead expenses so we can pass along our low prices to our clients with minimal markup.

What is the PC&D Equip App, and how are FCF and PC&D related?

PC&D Equip is an app launched by PC&D. This app aims to train and equip front-line workers in senior living maintenance. They cover basic maintenance principles and software training needed for maintenance workers. We have a spot on their app where you can place orders that are directly emailed to us.

What is your Return or Cancelation Policy?

We fight to keep our prices low for our customers. To aid in this effort, all of our business is cash-based. We relay the purchasing policies of our suppliers directly to our clients.

All of our suppliers charge a minimum of a 10% restocking fee. We are also required to pay any shipping costs that might have been incurred at the time of cancellation. This is oftentimes the total cost of shipping both ways.
